There is one obvious problem with this design that I see. The rear wheels move towards the inside of the corner so when taking a corner at high speeds or a sharp corner at low speeds the trike will become unstable and tip over. A solution would be to turn both rear wheels around separate pivots above the point where the wheels hit the road. You should probably also use Ackerman steering compensation with this design change.

At the very least the single pivot should be moved behind the rear wheels so that they move away from the center of the curve when cornering (better stability not worse).
